THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA, TO THE SHERIFF OF FAUQUIER COUNTY--GREETING: We command you to summon Christopher Neale, administrator with the will annexed of John R. Wallace deceased, William R. Smith, administrator de bonis non of Elizabeth Wallace deceased, R. H. Foote, & Lucien Dade, to appear at the Clerk's Office of Circuit Court of Fauquier County, at the Court house of the said County, on the first Monday in July 1852, to answer a bill in Chancery, exhibited against them, in the said Court, by Lucinda & her daughter Maria: And this they shall in no wise omit under penalty of £100. And have then there this writ. Witness, WILLIAM FOWKE PHILLIPS, Clerk of our said Circuit Court, at the Court-house aforesaid, this 5th day of June 1852, and in the 76th year of the Commonwealth. Wm.
