The parties interested in the decree of which the within is a copy, will take notice that on the 16th day of November 1839, at ten o'clock in the morning of that day, at the late residence of William Hunton decd. I shall proceed to ascertain which of the slaves of the said William Hunton deceased, are willing to accept, upon the terms stated in the will of the said William Hunton decd., the freedom thereby tendered to them. At which time and place they will attend. John Marr, Comr. of the Court.
