within the appurtenances did [enter?]] and & hire The said John Moore thereof [disseized?] & with strong hand expelled & him the said John Moore [disseized?] & expelled from the said [messurage?] with the appurtenances aforesaid from the said [blank] day of [blank] until the day of taking this inquisition with like strong hand & armed power did keep out & do yet keep out of the possession of the tract of land aforesaid containing thirty acres willed as aforesaid by Richd Moore decd. to his said sons George & John Moore to the the great disturbance of the commonwealth & against the form of the Statute in such case made & provided we the Jurors are of opinion that John Moore has a right to take his said thirty acres of land out of the said tract of Land willed as aforesaid reserving to George Moore his acres of Land towards Collier's old store as the will points out to the said Geo: Moore In witness whereof the said Juror's to this Enquisition have severally put their hands & seals the day year & place first above mentioned.
