This cause came on this day to be heard by consent of parties upon the papers formerly read and upon argument of counsels, Whereupon this Court doth adjudge order and decree that the Conr: herein after {illegible} shall after having only advertised for thirty days the land in the proceeding mentioned at such public places in the County of King & Queen as he may deem but calculated to give notice thereof, see the same to the highest Bidder upon a [illegible] of [illegible] months (except for so much as may be [illegible] to [illegible] the responses of the [illegible] & a Com'sn. of 5 pct upon the first three hundred dollars & of two pct upon the balance) & [illegible] to the Comm'r which shall be for cash) and take from the purchaser bond or bonds with ample security and retain the title Deeds untill [until] the purchase shall be paid. the Comm'r shall proceed to deed the house and [illegible] , called Centreville, of which J.
