By virtue of a decree of the Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery for King & Queen County here unto annexed appointing the undersigned as Trustee under the deed from George Moore to Dudley to sell the land and other property conveyed by said deed and hire out the negroes and report my proceedings to Court which duty I have performed, in part. I have hired out the negroes and taken bonds with good security which bonds I have here for delivery The land I have not sold in consequence of John Booker's having taken possession of a part of said land and all of the other property named in the deed which would have injoined [enjoined] the sale of the land very materially all of which is respectfully submitted to court for further order September 19th 1832
