This cause came on this day to be heard upon [Bell?]. Answer, exhibits & depositions of witnesses, and was argued by counsel your consideration, whereof the Court doth adjudge order and decree, that yours be made up and held at the Bar of this Court, upon the Common Law side thereof to ascertain first whether, Richard Moore late of the County of King & Queen, left a will at the time of his death and secondly if so, how he disposed of his real estate and whether he descred [decreased] any portion thereof to his son John Moore, and if so, how much, and where to be laid off, and whether upon conditions, and if so upon what conditions, and whether said conditions have been fully performed and if not fully performed to what extent and the reasons why not fully performed
