The ansr. of Frances, Alexander, Josephine, Baylor, Walter and infant children of Thos. Dudley decd. by [Tignal?] Dudley their Gdn. ad litem to a Bill of Complt. in forma Pauperis exhibited against them in the Circuit Supr. Court of Law and Chancery for the County of King & Queen by Ned, James, Priscilla & Peter claiming their freedom under the will of George Moore decd. These defts. claiming all benefit of exception to the said Bill on acct of carrying imperfection be there in contained for answer of the same, or to present thereof as they are advised it is material for them to ansr. Say, That they are not informed of any matters in opposition to the facts charged in the said Bill upon which they can rely in defence - and being infants of very tender years, submit their case to the Court. Having thus answered they pray to be hence dismissed with their costs etc.
