Appomattox County to wit: Personally appeared before me James Calhoun, a Justice of the peace in and for the said County, James McDearmon of said County, who made that he subscribed and sealed the within Bond; and that his estate is worth Ten Thousand dollars after paying all his just debts; and liabilities.
