In March Court, after respectfully senting them [illegible] and for them to come to me Albert & Wyatt &c. I finally received a Message from them thru Mr [Sprill?] J M that they would be ready to leave with me 15th of April. I accordingly commenced preparations the 2nd time getting up the funds &c. About the 8th of April (Appx Court day I received a letter from them stating that after "consultations together and having fully considered the commissioners" they have concluded not to leave until they could "[Secure?] to themselves, the funds due them from the Estate of their late Master, &c &c (See letter B) I informed them that I would by no means consent to such a [proceeding?] ,& should inform your Honor &c &c. I have recently written to them informing them, of the commissioner of their conduct, that they would be [illegible] informing them that [illegible] at Campbell County wich to give them another chance to leave or remain subject to their fate.
