Wyatt Albert Wood &c. vs Perkins &c. } In Campbell Cir Court Your Commissioner appointed by the order of the October term 1859 gave notice and immediately proceeded to collect the Negroes of Jesse Woods Estate And having collected funds sufficient, and made all necessary preparations for their removal, Met them at Campbell Court Nov'r 14th and furnished them with registers (CH §6) with the purpose of Setting out to Ohio next day. The weather being extremely Cold however, and several of them Wyatt, Justine & others [please?] there that they had not disposed of their crops Tobacco &c. and not in a State of readiness. They united in a request to postpone the trip until April which having [illegible] with Council I finally consented to do.
