Wiatt & others, free negroes vs Richard Perkins late Sheriff of Campbell County, and as such adm'r with the will annexed of Jesse Wood deceased - } In chy - The plffs filed their Petition & the deft his answer and thereupon this cause came on by consent of parties to be heard on the Bill answer and exhibits filed, and was argued by Counsel - on consideration whereof, the Court doth adjudge order and decree that the Deft do rendor before one of the Comm'rs of this Court, who is directed to State & report the same to the Court, an account of his transactions as the adm'r. with the will annexed of Jesse Wood deceased - And the Court doth further order, that the defendant do, out of the funds in his hands belonging to the Plffs, furnish to such of them, as may require it, a reasonable support, food & raiment and other necessaries, during the pendency of this proceeding The sum to be so expended not to exceed the sum of $30 to each of the adult Plaintiffs.
