1834 Sept. 12 proved by Adler Arrington made Defendent and Continued October 10th or to be Recorded Recorded Page 63 W Book No 7 Examd: At a Court held for Campbell County September 11th 1836 The foregoing last will and testament of Jesse Wood deceased was produced in Court proved by the oath of Thomas D. Evans, Rees Evans, and Elizabeth Gardin witnesses thereunto subscribed and on the motion of Adler Arrington he is made Defendant and the same is continued until the next term. And at a Court held for said County the 10th day of October following the same was again produced in Court argued by Counsel and ordered to be Recorded.
