vs } Decree

Perkins Admr. &c. This cause came on to be further heard on the papers formerly read and was argued by Counsel on consideration whereof the Court doth adjudge order and decree that the Defendant Richard Perkins Admr. with the will annexed of Jesse Wood decd. do render before court [illegible] and account of his administration of the Estate of Jesse Woods dec'd. which said Account the said [illegible] is directed to examine state and settle and make report thereof to this Court. And the court doth further adjudge order and decree that the dame Court do ascertain which of the negroes emancipated by the will of the Testator are now alive - and which of them are dead, and which of the females who are dead, left issue and the names of such issue - and the name of [illegible] as have been born since the death of the Testator or the date of his will - taking cane to shew in said report who are the descendants
