on the motion of Negroes Arnold Rebecca and Milley complts. in this suit it is ordered that the said negroes be committed to the custody of the Marshal of the District of Columbia untill [until] the [Defnt.?] Arthur P. West shall give bond either [sue?] or not or with the consent of the court in the penalty of $2500 Dollars with surety to be approved of by one of the Judges of this court with condition to have the said negroes forthcoming to answer the Judgment of the court in this suit
