On the trial of the issue ordered by the Court out of Chancery in this cause it is on motion of the counsel for the Complts. ordered to be entered on the record that the Court in conformity with the rules of practice established by the High Court of Chancery in Virginia which have been adopted as the rules of this court permitted the Defendants' answers to be read to the Jury under an instruction to the Jury that the answer was to have the same weight as evidence before them that is allowed to answer in Chancery by the general rules & practice of the High Courts of Chancery in England & Virginia
