State of Maryland Prince Georges County SCT. I hereby certify Overton C. Warren Gentleman before whom the aforegoing affidavit of Arthur P. West appears to have been made, and whose name is thereunto subscribed was on the day of the date thereof & Still is one of the State of Maryland's Justices of the peace in and for Prince Georges County duly Commissioned and Sworn, and all whose acts as such full faith and credit, is and ought to be given, as well in Courts of Record as thereout,
