DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, to wit. THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, TO THE Marshal OF THE District of Columbia, GREETING, You are hereby commanded to summon A. W. Preuss, Andrew Rounsavell, and David C. Cureton to appear before the honorable the Judges of the Circuit Court of the District of Columbia, for the County of Alexandria, at the Court-house of the said County, in the Town of Alexandria, at the next Court, to answer a bill of Injunction exhibited against them by Negroes Peter and Lewis and this they shall in no wise omit, under the penalty of $333 33; and have then there this writ.
