In the above case it is ordered by the Court that the Marshall shall deliver the said negroes Lewis & Peter to the Defendant David T. Cureton upon his giving bond and security to be approved by the clerk of this Court payable to the United States in the penalty of one thousand dollars conditioned that he shall permit said negroes to due in forma pauperis in this court for the recovery of their freedom, and that he will have said negroes forthcoming to answer the judgement of the court
