The Commonwealth of Virginia,

To the Sheriff of Norfolk County, greeting: We command you that you summon Samuel Roberts executor of Sarah Smith deceased to appear before the Justices of our said county court of Norfolk, at the court-house of the said county, on the third Monday in March next, to answer a Bill in Chancery, exhibited him by Tom and Lucy

and this he shall in no wise omit under the penalty of "[100l?]". And have then there this writ. Witness William Wilson, jun. clerk of our said court, at the court-house aforesaid, the 10th day of February 1803 in the 27th year of the Commonwealth.
