The Commonwealth of Virginia, To the Sheriff of Accomack County, Greeting: WE COMMAND YOU, That you Summon Thomas Hatton Kellam, Thomas C. Bunting and William J. Goffigon, to appear at the Clerk's Office of our Circuit Court of Northampton, at the Rules to be held for the said Court on the first Monday in May next, to answer a bill in Chancery exhibited against them by George, a man of color.
