without remedy at Law & only relievable in a court of Equity. Your Oratrix prays that the said Geo. W. Purkins Executor & Trustee of Craddock Vaughn Dec'd --the free negroes Eleanor, Tansy, Susan William America & Margarette Sally be made parties defendant to this Bill & required to answer upon oath the several allegations thereof -- that the said Geo W. Purkins as Executor & & Trustee of the said Craddock Vaughn Dec'd may be required to settle his account -- that your Honor will decide which portion of the estate devised & bequeathed by the said testator your Oratrix is entitled to & decree that such portion of the estate shall be held by the said Geo. W. Purkins or some other person as Trustee separate & apart for the the sole benefit of your Oratrix & make such other orders & decrees as the nature of the case may require & to Equity may seem meet & grant the Commonwealth writ of Spa Flournoy & Carrington p.q.
