This day this cause came on to be heard by consent upon the bill answer etc. and was argued by Counsel upon Consideration whereof the Court doth adjudge order and decree that the tract of land in the bill and proceedings mentioned be sold for cash and that William Terry be and is hereby appointed a commissioner to sell the same upon the terms aforesaid after having advertised the time and place of sale in such manner as may be best calculated to give publicity to the same, and that he make report to court in order to a final decree
