County John [Gay?] [page torn] Robert Bratan to prove what fameleys [page torn] [occupy?] that track of Land called the Calfepastur [obtained?] [by?] way of Grant from the Honourable Governour By Edward Barradet Gent and John Lewis Gent. The sd. John Gay and Robert Bratan Being Sworn [&?] Examined Declared that the persons whose nams are [page torn] anexed has Builded planted and Improved on the [aforesaid?] Granted Land, &c. Buchanan
