The replication of Cuthbert Hubbard adm'r of Eliza. Hubbard deced to the Plea of Thomas Wills and of the executors of Eliza. Wills deced.-- This Repliant saith that the said Plea of the said Thomas is very insufficient and uncertain and that the said Plt is [read?] to averr and prove that the said Thomas did administer the goods and Chattels of the said Testatrix as Executor after the death of the s.d Testatrix and prays as in his sd bill he hath prayed
