Dear Sir: Before mailing you a check for the balance payment for real estate purchased from Mr. Walter G. Ellison, would you kindly clarify the following for me. According to the copy of the real estate deed, this lot is 145 feet deep. Is this 145 foot depth before or after making allowances for the city public utility easement of 10 feet on the backk of the property.
