The management will proceed at once to lay off and develop this property, and thus bring it into valuable market. Situated as South Iron-Gate is, being in the center of the greatest Iron-producing section in this country, and within the "sound of the hammer" of Iron-Gate proper, where lots are selling from $200 to $700, and where Rolling Mills, Steel Plants, Agricultural Works, Foundries, and many other such Industries are being pushed to completion: with the Railroad and James River running through it, affording every facility for transportation and water-power. With its beautiful scenery and unsurpassed climate, and being the Gate-way to Iron-Gate and Clifton Forge from a rich agricultural section, together with the fair and liberal plan upon which this Company and its operations are based, and with the rapid increase in value of lands all around it, surely we can safely predict a bright and profitable future for South Iron-Gate. Every effort on the part of the management will be used to develop this property to the best advantage and bring it into valuable market.
South Iron-Gate Land Company.
