I, William Caveneigh in order to become a citizen of the United States, make the following report of myself to the worshipful Court of Norfolk County I report that I was born in Ireland Queen's County in the year 1829 being now in the 27 year of my age; that I am a subject Victoria Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Brit"[torn page]" and Ireland owing allegiance to that monarch, and none other; that I migrated from Ireland to the the year 1853, and that I intend to settle myself in the Town of Portsmouth, in the State of Virginia, o "[torn page]" States.
