I, Wm Arrowsmith in order to become a citizen of the United States, make the following report of myself to the county court of Norfolk Co. I report that I was born in Lancashire Co. in England in the year 1819 being now in the 38th year of my age; that I am a subject of Victoria Queen of Great Britain owing allegiance to that monarch, and no other; that i migrated from England to the United States in the year 1849, and that I intend to settle myself in the Town of Portsmouth, in the State of Virginia, one of the United States.
