STATE OF VIRGINIA At a Court held for Norfolk County the 17th day of October 1854 Patrick Fay an alien, who has lately arrived in the United States, and is desirous of being naturalized a citizen thereof, this day appeared in Court, and in pursuance of the Act of Congress made a report of himself, which report is in the following words, to-wit: I, Patrick Fay, make the following report of myself to the Worshipful Court of Norfolk County I was born in Gallway parish of Castlegarden in the year 1824 am a subject of Victoria, first, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland and landed in the state & city of New York in the month of March 1851. and intend to settle myself in the County of Norfolk and state of Virginia He makes this report for the purpose of becming a citizen of the United States.
