I, John Reyley in order to become a citizen of the United States, make the following report of myself to the County Court of Norfolk Co. I report that I was born in Laithrim [Leitrim] Co. in Ireland in the year 1825 being now in the 30 year of my age; that I am a subject of Victoria, Queen of Great Britain owing allegiance to that monarch, and none other; that I migrated from Ireland to the United States in the year 1849, and that I intend to settle myself in the Town of Portsmouth, in the State of Virginia, one of the United States.
