Gaskin do solemnly swear that it is bona fide my intention to become a citizen of the united states of America,and to renounce forever allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate,State or Sovereignty whatsoever, particularly to the Queen of Great Britain and Ireland, whom I now owe allegiance.
