I, Michael Reardon in order to become a citizen of the United States, make the following report of myself to the Hastings Court of the City of Portsmouth I report that I was born in County Cork in Ireland on the 29th Sept 1830 being now in the 30th year of my age; that I am a subject of Victoria Queen of the United Kingdom & Great Britain. owing allegiance to that monarch, and none other; that I migrated from Liverpool to the United States in Apl in the year 1857 and that I intend to settle myself in the Town of Portsmouth, in the State of Virginia, one of the United States.
