United States of America District of Maryland, to wit: Circuit Court Office, Baltimore, December 19 1854. BE IT REMEMERED That on the day of the date hereof, personally appeared in the Clerk's office of the Circuit Court of the United States, for the Fourth Circuit, in and for the Maryland District, Stephen Mee a native of Ireland and at present residing in the City of Baltimore who made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God, that it is bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States and to renounce for ever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly all allegiance and fidelity to the Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. In Testimony Whereof, I hereunto subscribe my name and affix the Seal of the said Circuit Court, this Nineteenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty Four.
