Office Clerk of Court of Common Pleas, Baltimore, Oct. 5th 1860 Arthur Emmerson Esq. Clerk &c Dear Sir Yours of the 4th inst is at hand. By reference to our Records I find that the enclosed "Declaration of Intention" is genuine; but the name on our Book is Kemple, and not Kempler; the entry on the Docket having been made by another clerk than the one who filled up the paper. Respectfully yours W. J. Hamill, Clerk Court of Common Pleas for Balt. City. 60 [-] 49 [=] 11
