District of Columbia County of Alexandria} Sct. James Robinson and Jonathan C. May citizens of the United States, appeared in open Court and made oath in due form of law that Robert Shinn has resided within the United States for five years last past and for more than one year last past in the District of Columbia, and that during that time he has behaved as a man of good moral character attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order & happyness of the same.
