CUSTOM-HOUSE OFFICE, NORFOLK, 29th April 1801 No. THIS IS TO CERTIFY, That Isaac Entwisly being a Male White Alien, has been reported and registered, on the day of the date hereof, pursuant to the Act of Congress, intituled, "An Act Supplementary to, and to amend the Act, intituled, "An Act to establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the Act heretofore passed on that subject;" AND I DO FURTHER CERTIFY, that agreeably to the report made of the said Isaac Entwisly was born Little Liever [Lever] England that he is of the age of Twenty eight years, owes allegiance to the King of the British that by condition or occupation is Servant and that resides, or intends to reside in Norfolk Virginia
