UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. District of Columbia--to wit: I, GEORGE DENEALE, Clerk of the United States Circuit Court of the District of Columbia, for the County of Alexandria, do hereby certify, That at a Court continued and held for the District and County aforesaid, the Fourteenth day of December in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and eleven and of the Independence of the United States of America, the Thirty sixth George Carson of Armagh in Ireland came personally before the said Court, and made oath in due form of Law, that it is bona fide, his intention to become a Citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any Foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly by name the Sovereignty of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland which is ordered to be recorded and certified.
