County of Augusta. State of Virginia to-wit: I, R. W. Crowder, a Notary Public for the county aforesaid, in the State of Virginia, do certify that James F. Brewman and L.C. Brewman whose names are signed to the writing hereto annexed, bearing date on the 18 day of February 1891 have acknowledged the same before me in my County aforesaid. Given under my hand this 18th day of March 1891 R.W. Crowder N.P.
