In trust to Secure the following persons & Claims to Wit a Bond due Capt Samuel Wilson of Rockbridge County for the Sum of Five Hundred dollars bearing date the 17th day of Sept'r 1859 and due on demand upon which Bond Elizabeth Long and David W. Allen are Said James Allens Sureties. A Bond due to John Allexander for about one hundred and fifty Eight dollars baring date the Day of [blank] 1857 upon which Elizabeth Long is Said Allens Surety - a Bond due to David W. Allen for Eleven hundred dollars date the 20th of October 1857 and due on demand. A Bond due John T. [Antrins?] for Seventy Nine Dollars and 26 cents dated July 1st 1860 and due on demand and upon which Suit has been brought in the County Court of Augusta. and about forty Dollars due William A. Smith partly by Bond and partly by open acts [accounts]
