Elizabeth Song whose names are signed to the writing within bearing date the 22nd day of December 1858 acknowledged the same before me in my County aforesaid, Given under my hand this 22nd way of December 1858 Wm. F. Smith N.P. County of Augusta & State of Virginia to Wit I Wm F. Smith a Notary Public for the County in the State aforesaid do certify that Alexandress Allen the wife of James Allen whose names are signed to the writing within bearing date the 22nd day of December 1858 personally appeared before me in my County aforesaid, and she the said Alexandress Allen being examined by me privily and apart from her husband, and having the writing aforesaid fully explained to her, acknowledged the said writing to be her act and declared that she has willingly executed the same & does not want to retract it.
