Esqr. William Williams & John Booth, John Mayfield Senr, Buckner Davis Esqr, William Person Edmund Webb. William Wright, John [McLin?] John W. Daniel, John Sims, John W Webb and John Powers of the County of Warren No Carolina and Francis Jones Lawyer, of Granville County & State aforesaid. to be read as Evidence in a Suit Depending in the said District Court wherein you are plaintiff & myself Defendant at which time & place you may attend, if you please.
