Gentlemen, Greeting: KNOW YE, that we, trusting to your fidelity, and provident circumspection, in diligently examining Philemon Hawkins Junr William Williams Jno. Booth John Mayfeild senr. Buckner Davis William Person Jno. Maclin John W Daniel and John Simms witnesses for Austin Wright at the suit of Richard Russell (In Case) command you, or any two or more of you, that at such certain time and place, as you shall appoint, you assemble yourselves, and the witnesses aforesaid before you, you call, and cause to come, and diligently examine, on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God, and their examination into our Superior Court, held at Brunswick Courthouse, distinctly and plainly, without delay, you shall send, and certify, enclosed--returning also to us this writ: Witness Robert Turnbull, Clerk of our said Court, the 1st day of September 1806, in the 31st year of our foundation.
