The Commonwealth of Virginia to the Sheriff of Mecklenburg County greeting; you are hereby commanded to take Austin Wright, if he be found within your bailiwick and him safely keep, so that you have his body before the Judges of our Superior Court holden at Brunswick Courthouse at the Court to be held on the 2d day of of May next, to answer Richard Russell of a plea of Trespass on the case, damage ten thousand dollars; and have then there this Writ; Witness Robert Turnbull Clerk of our said Court, this 12th day of November 1805, in the 30th year of the Commonwealth.
