Greensville County November Court 1786

Walter Peter, surviving partner of Wm Edwards & Co Plt. against Hinchia Mabry & Nathl. Dunn Executors of William Parham Defts } In Case.

Verdict and Judgment for the Plt for two hundred and twelve pounds, nineteen Shillings and one penny, Damages, by the non performance of an Assumption, besides his Costs, therefore it is considered by the Court that the Plt recover against the Defts his Damages aforesaid, and his Costs by him in this behalf expended to be levied of the Goods and Chattels of the said Testator in the hands of the Defts if so much thereof they have to be administred, if not, then the Costs aforesaid to be levied of the proper Goods and Chattels of the said Defts in Mercy &c.
