Pleas at the courthouse at Brunswick County on Saturday the twenty ninth Day of September In the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety two and In the Seventeenth year of our Foundation Before the Judges Allotted to the District Court directed by Law to be holden for the District Composed of the Counties of Brunswick[,] Greensvil[l]e[,] Lunenburg & Mecklenburg

Be it Remembered that heretofore "to wit" At a Court held for the District aforesaid on Monday the thirtieth Day of April one Thousand Seven hundred and ninety two In Obedience to a Writ of Supersedeas Issued by Order of one of the said Judges were sent here a Transcript of a record of a Judgment of the Court of Greensvil[l]e County recovered by Mary Parsons guardian to the Orphans of Thomas Parsons deced Plt against Henry Tazewell esquire Administrator with the will Annexed of James Wall deced Deft the proceedings in which said suit are as follows. At the Rules held in the Clerks Office for the said County of Greensvil[l]e the Second Monday in April in the year One thousand Seven hundred and ninety one came the said Mary Parsons by Francis Hill her Attorney and brought into the said Office her certain Bill against the said Henry Tazewell as Admor aforesaid of a plea of Trespass On the Case and there are pledges of prosecuting to Wit John Doe & Richard Roe which said Bill follows in these words Greensvil[l]e County to Wit. The Infants Thomas Parsons deced by Mary Parsons their mother who is guardian to the same Infants who are within the age of twenty one years complain of Henry Tazewell Admor with the will Annexed of James Wall
