The Commonwealth of Virginia To the Sheriff of Brunswick County Greeting you are hereby commanded to take John Neal if he be found within your bailiwick and him safely keep so that you have his body before the Judges of our District Court to be holden at Brunswick Courthouse on the 29th day of September next To Answer James Flynne of a plea of Trespass (vi et armis) Damage one thousand pounds.
