Prince George County to wit This day Jesse Tucker came before me a Magistrate of said County, and made Oath that Susanna Tucker & Amy Hill of said County are material witnesses on his part in the Suit which he hath instituted in the Honble District Court of Brunswick against Heartwell Raines; and the said Susanna Tucker and Amy Hill are infirm and not able to attend Court And that Charles Raines & Branch Mitchell of Sussex County are material witnesses on his part in his said Suit; and the only Persons by whose testimony he expects to prove particular facts material to the support of his said Suit, and that he cannot safely go to the trial thereof without the benefit of their testimony Given under my hand, This 31st Day of March 1795 Wm Call Junr Justice of Peace
