We Heartwell Raines & Nathaniel Raines of the County of Prince George do promise to pay Susannah Tucker Admx. of Abraham Tucker Decd. or to her Assigns, the Sum of Fifty Pounds Fifteen Shillings Current Money of Virginia Which Money the Said Heartwell Raines is to pay when he Can, and to pay Lawfull [Lawful] Interest from the Date hereof for the Value received of her to which Payment, well and truly to be made, we do bind ourselves our Heirs, Executors, and Administrators, in the penal Sum of One hundred & One Pound Ten Shillings in Witness whereof We have hereunto set our Hands and Seals, this Twenty Seventh Day of December Anno Dom.
