make sale of the said negro, although he was there both before and after the sale nor did he ever understand that Nathaniel Reines the father of Hartwell Reines, the Defendant, did ever make uses of any persuasions to the Adminstratrix to induce her to make the sale of the said Negro Man and that it was his opinion that the said Negro was sold for the full amount of his value and further this deponent saith not Bozwell Goodwyn
