Abstract

Contains an order of the Court of Oyer & Terminer held for Prince William County for the valuation of Jem, a slave belonging to Thomas Hogan, who was indicted & hanged for a felony. The order is signed by John Graham, clerk of Prince William County. Includes a note assigning the certificate to John Riddell of Dumries.
